Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your order.

Order Processing

• Payment Verification: Your order is processed as soon as your payment is accepted.
• Processing Days: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) according to Eastern Time.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
• Holidays: Please note that orders will not be processed on recognized U.S. postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Shipping Location: We only ship in the United States. We don’t offer international shipping.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is processed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Here are our shipping options:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 2–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you do not see a tracking link, be sure to check your spam folder.

Order Tracking

• Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received.
• Tracking Notification: After processing (typically within 1–2 days), you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.
• Tracking Delays: If tracking details are not yet available, it may be that the carrier has not scanned your package into their system. Tracking information will be updated once the scan occurs.
• Assistance: If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address

• Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or missing information can delay your order.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender due to address errors. Our shipping partners will process returned orders and may incur additional fees.
• Address Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
